This addition to the campus of a well-established retirement center has 14 self-contained units, each equipped with a bathroom, bedroom, living area and kitchenette. The common areas contain open spaces for daytime activities as well as communal dining and cooking. A custom safety plan was created to work around the single entrance to the facility as residents, staff and visitors went about their daily business
